Will perform a variety of recruitment, employee relations and compensation functions with a primary focus on the management of Leaves of Absences and Job Shadow Program. Additionally, provides orientation of new employees and insures completion of new hire forms, completion of all paperwork related to employment changes within the organization. Performs all other HR functions as assigned including understanding and resolving benefit questions for employees. Requirements: Previous HR Generalist experience required.
