Aberdeen

Olympians Hiking Club members will leave the DSHS parking lot at 8:30 a.m., Saturday for a hike at Washaway Beach. Everyone is invited. For more information, call 267-7715.

Aberdeen Avenue Baptist Church will distribute free food from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Grays Harbor Youth Center is open from 3 to 5 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 111 E. 4th. Play games, check your e-mail, work on homework, just hang-out. Snacks will be provided. 24-hour hotline, 589-3259.

Hoquiam

Smart Driver, formerly known as AARP Driver Safety Course, will be offered from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, April 28 and 29, at the Hoquiam Timberland Library. Senior citizens completing the course may qualify for reductions in their auto insurance. The cost is $20 per person/$15 for AARP members. Habitat for Humanity store is open for donations and those interested in shopping for new and gently used items from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday at 3005 Simpson Ave.

Community Dinner, hosted by Harbor Assembly of God, is open from 5 to 7 p.m., Friday at 716 M. St. Everyone is invited.

Grays Harbor Coin Club will meet at 7 p.m. Saturday, in the Hoquiam Timberland Library. There will be a program. Guests of all ages are welcome.

Chamber of Commerce Cribbage Club will meet Saturday with sign-ups at 12:30 p.m. and play beginning at 1 in the Silvia Center, 120 W. Marcy. $5 entry fee.

Elma

North Beach Senior Thrift Store is open 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday at 885 Ocean Shores Blvd. N.W.
