Aberdeen

Habitat for Humanity will host “Partner Family Search” from 4-6 p.m., Thursday, at the Aberdeen Timberland Library. The organization is looking for families who may qualify to have their home remodeled. For more information, call 533-8090.

Hoquiam

Adventist Community Services Food Bank will distribute food to community members every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 3101 Cherry St.

Hoquiam Food &Clothing Bank is open from noon to 2 p.m., every Monday and Wednesday in the Masonic building at 720 K Street.

Montesano Senior Center’s Wednesday activities include chair exercises at noon and pinochle at 12:30 p.m. — Thursday chair exercises at 10 a.m. and Mexican train at 12:30 p.m.

Garden Open, a stroll through the gardens at 101 E. Waldrip, along with tea and cookies, will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, hosted by PEO Sisterhood, Chapter GM. Tickets are $5.

East County

BBQ Dinner fundraiser will be held from 4-7 p.m., Thursday at the McCleary VFW Hall. Donations will be accepted for the hot dog, hamburger, salad and dessert meal. Proceeds will help with burial expenses for Don Slater, the man who rode his bike every day around McCleary.

Ocean Shores
