Familiar faces are gracing the Bishop Center stage at Grays Harbor College as contestants dip, slide and shimmy for charity. On April 26 at 7:30 p.m., local stars are putting their best dancing shoes on to raise money to help local students pay for college.
Proceeds are going to the World Class Scholars, a program helping high school students receive a scholarship and entrance into Grays Harbor College after meeting certain requirements. For those who can’t make it to the show, contact the college to make a direct donation to the fund.
The winner is dictated by a mixture of votes from the audience cast on ballots during intermission and the critique from judges. Last year, Gary Morean, an attorney and play actor, won with his professional dance pro Sarah Najdek’s help.
New this year is the offer to pay $50 for private lessons and be in the opening number.
Ticket prices vary by access to pre and post-show events:
Fox Trotter General Seating
Seat to watch the performance

For an additional $50 Receive private lessons and the chance to be in the opening dance number.
