A “Pay It Forward” hiring drive over the holidays led to Harborites working more than 1000 hours collectively through the local Express Employment Professional office in Aberdeen, the company said.
Express Employment donated $10 per day or $1350 to the Grays Harbor Christmas for Kids Campaign, the company said.
“Our Pay It Forward Hiring Drive wouldn’t have been so successful if it weren’t for the outstanding partnerships with local businesses in the community,” local franchise owner Reid Bates said.
The local office has provided employers temporary and direct hire employees in Grays Harbor, Pacific and Mason Counties for 12 years. Worldwide, Express Employment Professionals put mare than 395,000 people to work in 2013, the company said.
