Doctor Who?

Savannah Dilley, 13, of Montesano, uses an X-Acto knife to cut out a printed form of a TARDIS, the Doctor’s mode of transportation through time and space in the show Doctor Who, at the After-Hours: Doctor Who Party at the Aberdeen Timberland Regional Library Friday evening.

The free event was a part of Timberland Regional Library’s districtwide Fizz Boom Read 2014 Summer Reading Program, bringing together the teen programs from Hoquiam, Aberdeen, and Montesano for a Whovian party of forty-five teens. Dilley, with fellow Whovians, including her younger sister and brother, took part in Doctor Who themed activites from creating a Sonic Screw Driver from modeling clay to tasting fishsticks dipped in custard to creating paper models of Daleks and TARDIS, as picture in the bottom left.
