MONTESANO — Wayne Sims of Montesano died Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at Montesano Health and Rehabilitation Center. He was 93.

Arrangements are pending through Harrison Family Mortuary of Montesano.

Alexander S. Witt

Alexander Sander Witt of Ocean Shores died Tuesday, May 13, 2014, at Grays Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen. He was 90.

Services are being planned.

Timothy Bond

SOUTH BEND — Timothy A. Bond, a longtime South Bend resident, died Monday, May 12, 2014, at the Willapa Harbor Hospital in South Bend. He was 70.

He had worked as a deputy for King County Police Department for some time before settling back in Raymond. He was treasurer for Harbor Rock for 40 years before retiring and was also a Port Commissioner, District 2, for 28 years.

A celebration of his life will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, May 31 at the Raymond Elks Lodge.

Arrangements are by Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond.

Sylvia H. Adams

Lifelong Aberdeen resident Sylvia Hajduk Adams died Thursday, May 15, 2014, at her home in Aberdeen. She was 87.

She had worked as a school cook first at Hopkins Jr. High and then at A.J. West for 22 years.

Arrangements are being planned through Harrison Family Mortuary of Aberdeen.

Wayne M. Sims

Wayne McMillan Sims, a resident of Montesano for over 70 years, died Wednesday, May 14, 2014, at Montesano Health &Rehabilitation Center. He was 93.

Most people remember him as a meat cutter.

A graveside inurnment will take place at 11 a.m., Thursday at Wynooche Cemetery in Montesano. A potluck reception will follow at the Montesano Moose Lodge.

Elsie A. Bradley

OLYMPIA — Longtime Grays Harbor resident Elsie Alice Bradley died Tuesday, May 6, 2014, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. She was 76.

A celebration of her life will take place at 2 p.m., Sunday, at the Montesano Presbyterian Church. A reception will follow at the church’s Fellowship Hall.

Cremation arrangements are by Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
