Hospital workers’ compassion extends after hours

There has been a lot of financial discussion regarding the formation of Public Hospital District No. 2. I am a proud employee of Grays Harbor Community Hospital and wanted to recognize the incredible people who work at the hospital and their compassion for the people in our community.

We currently have a clothing drive for local foster children. In the past we have donated mountains of dog and cat food to PAWS, blankets and coats, baby supplies, Christmas for many, many children (even some entire families), tons of food for Coastal Harvest and school supplies to Aberdeen and Hoquiam.

Internally, we have a “Cheer Fund” to assist employees in need.

Hospital employees have taken in patients’ pets while they were in the hospital and made sure people had needed food, clothing and toiletries.

Working with such caring people makes it easy to come to work every day.

Grays Harbor Community Hospital employees are committed to treating our community with respect,

integrity, compassion and excellence.

Please help us continue to do so by voting “yes” for Public Hospital District No. 2.
