Driftwood offers “House of Agatha Mystrie”

The Driftwood Players will present “The House of Agatha Mystrie,” a comedy in two acts directed by Jason Whited, beginning Saturday night.

Mystrie, the famous and prolific mystery writer, gathers a group of the world’s finest and most peculiar detectives at her home for a weekend of rollicking and relaxation. Once all together, she convinces them all to solemnly promise not to solve any mystery for two whole days. Unbeknownst to Ms. Mystrie, and everyone else, each of them has decided to find a way to find a murderer without solving the mystery.

Performance dates are:

* Saturday: Feb. 16

* Friday and Saturday, Feb. 22, 23

* Friday and Saturday, March 1, 2

* Friday, Saturday and Sunday: March 8-10

Friday and Saturday shows curtain time is 7:30 p.m., while Sunday matinee show curtain time: 1:30 p.m.

Tickets are $13 and are available at Valu Drug in Montesano, Top Foods and City Center Drug in Aberdeen, Harbor Drug in Hoquiam and Delores’ and Fay’s in Ocean Shores.
