An AARP Driver Safety class will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 27 and 28 at the Montesano W.H. Abel Memorial Timberland Library.
The class, developed by AARP is designed especially for motorists 50 years and older. It covers a wide range of driving situations. Participants 55 and older who complete the course will qualify for a reduction in their insurance premiums.
Attendance on both days is required for course completion. There are no tests. Class size is limited so pre-registration is required. The fee is $12 for AARP members/$14 for non-members.
