St. Andrew’s Church’s Relay for Life Team will host Family Bingo Night beginning at 6:30 p.m., Saturday. For more information, call 533-2511.

March Against Monsanto Aberdeen coordination meeting will be held at 6 p.m., Friday in the SouthShore Mall food court.

Aberdeen Community Food Bank will distribute food from 3 to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at 306 1/2 North I Street.


Saron Lutheran Church will host a Danish pastry baking class at 11 a.m., Saturday. The cost is $12 and each person will take home a kringler. For more information, call 532-9242.

Grays Harbor Geology & Gem Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Friday in the Nichols Building at the corner of Sumner and Myrtle. Everyone is invited.

Poetry Project will host an open mic for poets and acoustic musicians from 7-9 p.m., Friday, at Six Rivers Gallery, 210 6th St. No admission, refreshments will be served.

Hoquiam Food & Clothing Bank is open from noon to 2 p.m., every Monday and Wednesday in the Masonic building at 720 K Street.

Pinochle players will meet at 1 p.m. Mondays and Fridays at the Hoquiam Senior Center. Everyone is invited.


Montesano’s W.H. Abel Memorial Timberland Library will present “Family Story Time” at 10:30 a.m., Friday for all ages.


WSU Master Gardeners will offer a free plant clinic from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the fairgrounds. The public is invited to bring plant specimens and gardening questions to the clinic.

Ocean Shores

Ocean Shores Library will present “Find the Artist in You” from 1-4 p.m., Friday for adults.


Westport Timberland Library will present “PageTurners Book Discussion” at 11 a.m., Friday for adults.


Willapa Harbor Ministerial Food Bank will distribute food to those in need from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday in the building at Larch Street and Park Avenue in Raymond.

Pacific County

North River Grange will host a family potluck at 6 p.m., Saturday. Awards will be given for community service. A plant and seed exchange is planned, too.
