Grays Harbor Committee for Balance and Order will meet at 5 p.m., Thursday in the Old Whitman School, 104 S. Chehalis. The movement of oil and rail issues will be discussed. For more information, call 580-8564.

Grays Harbor Health and Rehab’s Relay for Life team will host a spaghetti feed and silent auction from 5-8 p.m., Saturday at the 40 et 8.

Washington Coalition for Open Government will host “Open Government Workshop” from 1-4 p.m., Saturday at the Aberdeen Timberland Library.

Olympians Hiking Club members will meet at 7:30 p.m., Friday at the Presbyterian Church for a presentation on the restoration of the Elwha River watershed. Everyone is invited.

Aberdeen Community Food Bank will distribute food from 3 to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at 306 1/2 North I Street.


Hoquiam Food & Clothing Bank is open from noon to 2 p.m., every Monday and Wednesday in the Masonic building at 720 K Street.

Hoquiam Timberland Library will be closed Friday for staff training.

Pinochle players will meet at 1 p.m. Mondays and Fridays at the Hoquiam Senior Center. Everyone is invited.


Grays Harbor Conservation District Board will meet at 10 a.m. Friday in the USDA Ag. Service Center, 330 Pioneer Ave. W. Everyone is invited.

WSU Master Gardeners will present a clinic, “Growing Herbs” 1 p.m., Saturday at the Ocean Shores Library.

Ocean Shores Library will present “Preschool Story Time” at 10:30 a.m., Friday.


Raymond Timberland Library will present “Crafternoon@ the Library” from 3:30-4:45 p.m., Friday for children.

Willapa Harbor Ministerial Food Bank will distribute food to those in need from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday in the building at Larch Street and Park Avenue in Raymond.
