Wild Olympics opponents will put up signs


Opponents of the Wild Olympics proposal to expand wilderness protection to Forest Service land around the Olympic National Park and add protection under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, plan to erect “STOP Wild Oly” signs around the community and plan an event to kick it off at 7 p.m. tomorrow at the Harborena Roller Rink in Hoquiam, according to organizer Dan Boeholt. Also available will be safety yellow “STOP Wild Oly T-Shirts” for $10.
