Joe Vogel discusses “Building Sustainable, Profitable Exports”

Greater Grays Harbor Inc. will present its monthly Business Forum, featuring speaker Joe Vogel of the Washington Small Business Development Centers discussing how your small business can profit from exporting.

The forum will be held from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, at the Aberdeen Elks club, 1712 S Boone St., in South Aberdeen.

Vogel joined the WSBDC as a trade specialist in January, 2011. He has 40 years of international business experience with emphasis on international market entry, export channel management, customer service and project management.

His experience includes work in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa for emerging and established companies.

Prior to joining the WSBDC, Vogel provided consulting services emphasizing global channel management, customer service and support, and turnaround management.

He has extensive automotive, telecom and digital entertainment industry experience. Joe began his career at Ford Motor Company where he participated in the product planning of Ford’s first “world car.”
