A brick was thrown through the window of the 7th Street Theatre’s business office sometime Wednesday night, board member Mickey Thurman said Friday. The theater shares the space with state Sen. Jim Hargrove, who hasn’t been there in some time due to the lengthy legislative session, she said. The brick went through the window just where Hargrove’s office hours were posted, and another brick was found broken on the sidewalk near a larger window, which had clay marks. “We don’t really know who it was directed at, but it was certainly intentional because whoever did it brought their own bricks. That was the thing that was kind of scary, someone walking around with a brick in their hand,” Thurman said.
