A high wind watch is in effect for parts of the coast for Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening by the National Weather Service. Affected locations include Ocean Shores and Pacific Beach. West winds are expected from 25 to 40 mph, with gusts up to 60 mph. Downed trees with power outages are possible.
