Democratic gubernatorial candidate Jay Inslee meets with workers Monday at the newly opened Harbor Paper mill in Hoquiam. Steve Beck, behind Inslee, said he is an Inslee supporter. “He’s a Democrat and I am a working man, and working men are mostly Democrats.” Quin Wetherald, middle, said he is still undecided. “I’m a last minute voter.” Wetherald said he was looking for, “Someone who can do the best job.” He said his decision is “a tough call.” Each candidate “has their good points and bad points.” Inslee had planned on doing a meet and greet with Grays Harbor Democrats Monday morning, but canceled the event at the last minute. Inslee’s campaign said he did meet briefly with some sign wavers outside of the paper mill.
