A 37-year-old Aberdeen man was arrested for striking a man who had borrowed a power tool from him late Sunday night, according to the Aberdeen Police.
The victim told authorities he had not yet returned the power tool and that he went to the man’s residence, located in the 100 block of East 1st street, where he was then struck with a wooden object. He called 911 at about 10:45 p.m. after having walked to a nearby AM/PM store where it was noted he was bleeding from the head. He was taken to Grays Harbor Community Hospital and was then transferred to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The suspect was booked by the Aberdeen Police Department and is charged with 2nd degree assault.
