The Port of Grays Harbor will offer free public tours this summer, offering curious neighbors an inside look at the Port. The tours will last 1 1/2 hours and include a brief overview of Port history and current activities, followed by a van tour of the marine terminals. “Many citizens throughout the county have expressed their interest in attending public tours this summer. We are happy to oblige and look forward to hosting all those interested to show them first-hand the growth we have experienced in the past few years,” Port Commission President Chuck Caldwell said in a press release.
Tours will be held at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, and again Tuesday, July 23. Reservations are required due to limited space. To reserve a spot or for more information, call 360-533-9528.
