TEDx simulcast shown at GHC Monday

Electric vehicle tourism, energy efficient homes, ocean acidification, and prison sustainability are some of the topics to be covered during a live simulcast of TEDx TheEvergreenStateCollege being shown at Grays Harbor College Monday from 4-7 p.m. in room 2250.

This event will feature Kim Gaffi, Executive Director of GRuB (Garden-Raised Bounty); Ron Johnston-Rodriguez, Plug-in North Central Washington, LLC; Scott Bergford, Scott Homes, Inc. and Northwest Energy Team; and Shallin Busch, Research Ecologist, Northwest Fisheries Science Center.

The independent TEDx event in Olympia is operated under a license from TED, which stands for technology, entertainment and design. TED talks are offered by a non-profit foundation that says it is devoted to “ideas worth spreading.”
