An Aberdeen woman was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after she was involved in a crash with a police cruiser and another vehicle, according to Aberdeen Police.

According to police, the woman was driving north bound on G Street early Sunday morning approaching Wishkah in Aberdeen in a 2005 Ford Focus when she allegedly failed to yield for a flashing red light in an intersection. Her car was struck by a Ford Explorer, where it bounced off of the vehicle and into a Grays Harbor County Sheriff’s Office Dodge Charger. No injuries were reported. The cruiser sustained $2,000 in damage.

The Aberdeen woman was given a sobriety test on the scene and then taken to the Aberdeen Jail where she was processed and released.
