Another guilty plea in WSP trooper killing

PORT ORCHARD (AP) — The former girlfriend of the man who killed a Washington State Patrol trooper pleaded guilty in Port Orchard Friday to rendering criminal assistance and was sentenced to six months in the Kitsap County Jail.

The Kitsap Sun reports Jessi Leigh Foster made phone calls and sent text messages trying to help Joshua Blake escape after he shot Trooper Tony Radulescu last February near Gorst. Blake later killed himself.

Another woman, Corinne Nelson, pleaded guilty to rendering criminal assistance in the case and was sentenced Monday to 14 months.
