A school district in Kitsap County is considering corporate sponsorship and advertisement to boost its cash-strapped budget.
The Kitsap Sun reports a volunteer group of school employees, coaches, residents and business owners will hold a presentation about the idea at a public meeting on Wednesday.
The group’s recommendations will go to the school board and the North Kitsap School District superintendent to decide, maybe by spring.
