STEVENSON (AP) — Remains found by a property owner clearing brush last month near Washougal have been identified as a man who had been missing since 1980.
The Skamania County sheriff’s office says 39-year-old Kenneth P. Stovner lived about a half-mile away.
Investigators are still trying to determine how he died.
