Cheri Storlie, a 25-year Harbor resident, died June 1, 2012, in Olympia. She was 59. Cheri was born on September 27, 1952, in Longview, Washington, to Samuel and Charollette Ennis. She grew up in Chehalis. Cheri was married to Monte Storlie in Ellensburg in 1970. After graduating high school she went on to achieve her Associates of Arts Degree in nursing and her LPN certification. She chose a career in nursing. In her spare time she enjoyed raising birds and researching geneology.
Cheri is survived by her children, Wayne A. Storlie, Kimberly K. Shook and Amber L. Sherman; her sisters, Debbi Borovec and Layna Schmidt; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Cheri’s life will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2012, at the Aberdeen Elks Lodge.
