Craig Thomas Thiessen, Jr.

Craig was born on March 18, 1994 in Bellevue, Washington. He was the son of Craig and Sally Thiessen. Craig grew up in Montesano, Wash. on his parent’s ranch. He attended Montesano and Elma High Schools and graduated from Montesano High School in 2012. Craig passed away on September 4, 2013, as a result of an automobile accident.

Craig’s passion growing up was baseball and boxing. He was a natural at both according to his father. He was especially proud of a no hitter he pitched in Babe Ruth. He was very involved with and loved Young Life.

Craig liked the outdoors, camping, and animals. He enjoyed long boarding and making rap music. After graduation Craig had a couple of odd jobs and was currently working at Trader Joe’s Warehouse in Lacey, Wash. He was enrolled in the Winter Quarter at South Sound Community College to pursue a degree in Horticulture and Music. Craig had many good friends that he loved to spend time with. He will be missed by all that knew him. Craig Sr. and myself could have never asked for a more perfect and loving son.

Craig leaves behind a 2-year-old son named Eli Thomas Thiessen. Eli was the love of his life. In addition to his son, Craig is survived by his parents, Craig and Sally Thiessen; his sister, Terra (Chad) Kennard and their son, Kaden; his grandmother, Helen Hegg; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
