David Gitcho

OCEAN SHORES — David A. Gitcho, owner of Gitcho’s Discount Store in Ocean Shores, died at his home in Ocean Shores, Friday, Oct. 12, 2012. He was 63.

A celebration of his life will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 19, at the Ocean Shores Elks Lodge.

Arrangements are by the Fern Hill Funeral Home of Aberdeen.

Barbara J. Northup

Longtime Harborite and Port Angeles native Barbara Jo Northup died on Wednesday, Oct. 10, 2012, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 62.

She had worked as a school counselor for many years.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

The family requests donations be sent to the Lake Quinault Volunteer Fire Department Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 23, Amanda Park, WA 98526 or to a local P.A.W.S.

Cremation arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Ronald J. “Weed” Malvich

Longtime Wishkah Valley resident Ronald James “Weed” Malvich died Tuesday Oct. 9, 2012, at his home. He was 65.

A potluck celebration will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, in the shop at Tikka Construction, 3666 Wishkah Rd., Aberdeen.

Steven J. Russell

SOUTH BEND — Steven James Russell, a South Bend native and lifetime resident, died Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, at the family home. He was 63.
