William Hagara Jr.

William R. Hagara Jr. of Elma died Sunday, Oct. 20, 2013, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 58.

Arrangements are by the Whiteside Family Mortuary in Elma.

Norman Capoeman Sr.

PUYALLUP — Norman Capoeman Sr., a lifelong resident of Taholah, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at Rainier Vista in Puyallup. He served in the United States Army from 1955 to 1958. After his discharge, he returned to Taholah where he worked as a splitterman for various shake mills in the area.

A funeral is being planned and will be announced in a later edition of The Daily World.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Robert E. Fisher

WESTPORT — Robert Earl Fisher, a longtime Westport resident, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at his home in Westport. He was 89.

He was a commercial fisherman on the Mermaid out of Westport and the Nordlys out of Alaska.

There will be no service.

Cremation arrangements are by the Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
