Mary Boggs

RAYMOND — Mary Doris Boggs, a longtime Raymond resident, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2012, at the Willapa Harbor Care Center in Raymond. She was 83.

She loved to read, quilt, crochet and enjoying her vegetable and flower gardens.

A funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Stoller’s Mortuary in Raymond with burial to follow beside her husband at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo.

Jimmy D. Englund

Jimmy Dale Englund, a lifetime Hoquiam resident, died Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, at his home in Hoquiam. He was 69.

He graduated from Hoquiam High School in 1961, served in the U.S. Army from 1963 to 1967, served on the City Council, was mayor of Hoquiam and was a manager at Rayonier Pulp Mill.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 6, at the Sunset Memorial Park in Hoquiam.

Direction is by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
