Lucio Stanton

MALONE — Aberdeen resident Lucio R. Stanton died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, from injuries of an automobile accident near Malone. He was 19.

A candlelight service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the Coleman Mortuary Chapel in Hoquiam. An Indian Shaker service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday also at the Coleman’s. Interment will follow at the Taholah Cemetery.

Robert Pickernell

OLYMPIA — Robert E. Pickernell, a resident of Taholah, died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. He was 46.

A candlelight service will be held at the Shaker Church in Taholah at 7 p.m. Sunday.

An Indian Shaker service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, also at the Shaker Church. Interment will follow at the Taholah Cemetery.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Donald R. Strawn

MONTESANO — Montesano resident Donald Raymond Strawn died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, at his home in Montesano. He was 88.

An urn committal service is being planned and will be announced in a later edition of The Daily World.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Melvin L. Frank

QUILCENE — Quilcene resident Melvin Lee Frank died at his home Monday, Jan. 14, 2013. He was 72. He was a member of the Quinault Indian Nation.

Visitation will take place from noon to 5 p.m. Friday in the chapel at Harrison Family Mortuary in Aberdeen. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Bay Center Cemetery followed by a reception.

Frank Anderson

Frank S. Anderson, a life-long resident of the Harbor, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2012, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital, in Aberdeen. He was 47.

He had been a logger on the coast and near Sedro Wooley.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Cosmopolis Lions Club.
