Alice Estes

OLYMPIA — Longtime Hoquiamite Alice E. Estes died Monday, Aug. 20, 2012. in Olympia. She was 88.

Arrangements are pending at the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Archie Dittman

Longtime Central Park resident and Canadian native Archie H. Dittman died on Saturday, Aug. 18, 2012, at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 91.

He was raised in Shelton, served in the U.S. Navy and then worked for ITT Rayonier for 45 years in Shelton and Hoquiam. He was an active Central Park Lion’s Club member.

A memorial service will be held later at the Coleman Mortuary Chapel in Hoquiam.

Beulah Chandler

Beulah M. Chandler, a resident of Hoquiam for the past four years, died on Tuesday, Aug. 21, 2012, at Grays Harbor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Aberdeen. She was 86.

The Minnesota native lived in California, Sedro Woolley and Centralia prior to coming to Hoquiam in 2008.

At her request there will be no formal funeral. Private inurnment will be held later in the Hoquiam Sunset Memorial Park.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.
