Lois Ellen Bodnar “Butch”, 74, of Aberdeen passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2012, at Pacific Care Center in Hoquiam. Lois was born June 2, 1938, in Doty, Washington, to Theodore and Rachel (Henry) Doktor.
She was raised in Aberdeen and attended Weatherwax High School. Lois had also lived in Pe Ell and Alaska.
On October 3, 1958, Lois married Michael J. Bodnar in Aberdeen. He survives her at the family home.
In addition to her husband, Mick; she is survived by her children, Ron Bodnar, Cindy (Terry) Anderson , Cherri Bodnar, and Jody; sisters, Jean Best and Joan (Bob) Flannigan; four grandchildren, Michael and Mark Wakefield, Ronnie Chamell, Ryver Anderson; and five great-grandchildren, Makayla, Madyson, Ashton, James & Jenna Wakefield.
At Lois’s request there will be no services.
Memorials may be made to Pacific Care Center.
