Patricia Lousie Hancock Carroll, 64, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2013, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She was born to David and Helen (Hyde) Hancock on April 9, 1948. Patricia grew up in Aberdeen, Wash.
After Graduating from J.M. Weatherwax High School she attended Evergreen State College where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree is Science. She then attended John Bastyr College, the University of Washington and Donsbach Universtity to study nutrition and healing.
In 1983, she graduated with a Doctorate Degree in Nutrition and Herbology and was licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor. She established Northwest Wholistic Health Center in Olympia and practiced Naturopathic medicine there until her retirement in 2003.
Patsy loved animals and at one time had a organic farm in Satsop. She was active in Civic Affairs, her church and Altrusa Club.
She is survived by her daughter, Rawni Kloempken; granddaughters, April and Kimberly; and three great-grandchildren, Kiley, KennaDee and Dylan.
A public memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, 2013, at Cornerstone Community Church in Aberdeen, Wash.
