Robert Ward St. Louis went to be with his loving parents and brother on September 14, 2012. He was 44. Bob was born on September 8, 1968, to Gladys (Doust) and Roger St. Louis. He graduated from Aberdeen High School in 1986 and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in accounting from New York University.
On October 31, 2002, he married Jodi Frost St. Louis who survives him at their home in Aberdeen.
Bob taught a Quick Books course at Grays Harbor College, worked at Michael Huff’s CPA office for 8 years, and held various other managerial positions.
Bob’s team was the Steelers, and he enjoyed traveling, watching wrestling, and listening to Elton John.
Other survivors include brothers Roger St. Louis and Stanford (Bud) St. Louis of Aberdeen; sisters, Linda Muhlhauser of Aberdeen and Bonnie (Gerry) Gitchel of Hoquiam; a daughter, Amanda Ernst of Seattle; stepdaughter, Amber Hanson of Aberdeen; stepson, Foster Hanson of Everett; three granddaughters; three nieces; five nephews; three great-nieces, and three great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Johnnie St. Louis.
Bob was a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle and will be forever missed by us all. There will be a memorial service at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Whiteside Mortuary followed by a potluck at 902 5th Street in Hoquiam.
