Rocco J. Kay

Hoquiamite Rocco James Kay, a correctional industry supervisor for Stafford Creek Correctional Center, died Wednesday, Aug. 8, 2012 at Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen. He was 59.

A memorial service is being planned and an obituary with details will follow in The Daily World.

Arrangements are by the Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.

Jeffrey Wyrick

Lifelong Humptulips area resident Jeffrey L. Wyrick died on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2012, at his home. He was 69.

He worked in the carpenter shop at ITT Rayonier in Hoquiam for many years. He then established himself as a contract carpenter and opened Wyrick’s Home Construction and Repair, which is still in operation.

A celebration of his life, with a potluck gathering for family and friends, will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, at the 40 et 8 Club in Aberdeen.

Arrangements are by the Coleman Mortuary in Hoquiam.

Margaret Johnson

Margaret V. Johnson, a longtime Elma resident, died Saturday, July 28, 2012, in Olympia. She was 92.

A memorial service will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Elma.

Arrangements are by Whiteside Family Mortuary in Elma.
