I live out of town, on the Wishkah. On June 24, on my way home from town I was driving behind another car when the driver opened his window, threw out a plastic cup and straw, along with a napkin. A few minutes later, the passenger window opened and more garbage came out. I’m sure these people could see I trying to read their license plate and was noticing that it was a blue Hundai, Accent.
What is wrong with people? What would they think if I threw garbage in their front yard, would it even bother them?
I could not believe their audacity!
