We went to the play “God of Carnage” at the Driftwood Playhouse last week-end and even though it is a “dark” comedy, we have never laughed so much or so hard at any play we can remember. The “strong adult language” is there but is completely appropriate to the realistic, contemporary story being told and the acting of the four protagonists — yes, there are really only four, all equal in importance — is nothing less than amazing and equally superb. Seattle couldn’t do it better.
If you like a very well-written play excellently presented, don’t miss this one!
