Where does it say …


This is an inquiry for help to answer a question that many people have.

Can you quote that part of the Constitution of the United States of America that is the basis for not allowing a Nativity Scene to be put on public property? Also, what part is the basis for not allowing part of the Bible (New Testament) to be given in public schools for free to students who want it?

My contention is that the courts are making rules that have no or little basis in the Constitution. In fact, some rules are in opposition to rights that seem to be guaranteed in the Constitution.
