Clippers 93, Chokers 63
OLYMPIA — Five players scored in double figures as South Puget Sound thumped Grays Harbor College in an NWAACC Western Division men’s game Monday at Olympia.
Jamey Smith tallied 18 points to pace the Clippers’ balanced attack. South Puget Sound shot 49 percent from the field and outrebounded the Chokers, 37-28.
David Lorton had 19 points and Gary Hay 15 for the Chokers (0-8, 1-15). Robert Taylor led GHC rebounders with 11.
The Chokers travel to Pierce College on Wednesday.
