Tumwater, 41-7
Record-setting performances by quarterback Josh Kraght and receiver Zac Vis led Lynden to a 41-7 victory over Tumwater for its second consecutive Class 2A state championship on Saturday.
Kraght completed 16 of 27 passes for 376 yards and four touchdowns for Lynden (13-1), which won its fifth title in seven years. Kraght also rushed for 55 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries. His 431 total yards set a title-game record.
Vis had nine receptions for a title-game record 271 yards. His three touchdown catches tied the record.
