Wishkah Fun Run due Saturday
The Wishkah Valley School National Honor Society Relay for Life team will sponsor a fun Saturday, beginning and ending at the school.
The event includes 5-mile and 3-mile run/walks. Registration begins at 8:40 a.m., with the runs scheduled for 9 a.m.
Proceeds from the event will go to the American Cancer Society. Donations are $10 for adults and $2 for high school students. Eighth-grade and under boys and girls may participate free of charge.

Teen aces at Highland
Fourteen-year-old Sean Dunn of Aberdeen scored his first hole-in-one Saturday at Highland Golf Course.
Dunn used a wedge to ace the 120-yard third hole. His father, Brian, witnessed the shot.
