Gonzaga signs
7-foot-1 center
Gonzaga has signed Przemek Karnowski (Puh-she-mick Car-now-ski), a 7-foot-1, 280-pound center from Poland.
Coach Mark Few said he will join the team this fall.
Karnowksi has played on the Polish Junior National team and is a veteran of several European championship tournaments.
Gonzaga graduated 7-foot center Robert Sacre after the past season.
