Keating wins league girls golf MVP award


Elma’s Lauryn Keating, who captured state and district championships, received the Most Valuable Player award on the all-Southwest Washington 1A League girls golf team.

Hoquiam’s Kelci Parker was also named to the six-player first team.

Woodland’s Aaron Blackwelder was selected by his peers as the league’s Coach of the Year.
