The Washington State Patrol is asking for witnesses to come forward who may have information about a fatality collision between a tractor-trailer and gray 1993 Subaru Legacy that occurred July 2 on I-5 northbound just north of Centralia at milepost 86.

A statement from the State Patrol said the Subaru was traveling northbound from Oregon headed to Rochester at about 11:46 p.m. and was likely experiencing some mechanical problems and may have been moving slowly when struck by the tractor-trailer.
