RAYMOND — Willys Ellen Horne of Raymond died Thursday, Sept. 28, 2017 at home. She was 81.

SHELTON — Paul M. Cummings of Aberdeen died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017, at Fir Lane Health and Rehabilitation in Shelton. He was 58.

Joy M. Heard-Strickland

Joy Marie Heard-Strickland, Aberdeen resident and mother of three children, died Saturday , Sept. 30, 2017, in Grays Harbor City in a car accident. She was 31.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, in Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen. Burial will take place at noon Saturday, Oct. 14, in Fern Hill Cemetery in Aberdeen. A celebration of life will follow at 2 p.m. in the Grays Harbor Seventh-day Adventist Church in Hoquiam.

Scott D. Dunn

TACOMA — Aberdeen native Scott Donald Dunn died Tuesday Sept. 26, 2017, at St. Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma. He was 46.

He had been an administrator for Bethel School District.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, at Bethel High School Auditorium.
