Lawrence “Larry” Dale Sinclair, 54, of Raymond, Wash. passed away Oct. 27, 2016. Larry was a local Willapa Harbor legend and a friend to all.

A graveside service will be held at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo Nov. 12 at 10:30 a.m. A celebration of life will follow at the Raymond Elks Club.
