Local legislators to speak at Greater Grays Harbor legislative send-off Jan. 10

Greater Grays Harbor will host its annual legislative send-off, where local legislators will share their insights and perspectives into issues facing the region in the upcoming 2020 legislative session, at the Rotary Log Pavilion in Aberdeen Jan. 10.

“Our annual legislative send-off is a great opportunity to hear from our local legislative delegation and learn more about numerous statewide issues,” said Dru Garson, Greater Grays Harbor CEO.

Invited to attend from the 19th District are Rep. Brian Blake, D-Aberdeen, and Rep. Jim Walsh, R-Aberdeen; 24th District Rep. Mike Chapman, D-Port Angeles, and Rep. Steve Tharinger, D-Sequim; 24th District Sen. Kevin Van De Wege, D-Sequim; and 19th District Sen. Dean Takko, D-Longview. Kyle Pauley, from KXRO News Radio, will emcee the event.

The event is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Rotary Log Pavilion located at 1401 Sargent Blvd. in Aberdeen.
