Montesano outside hitter Jessica Stanfield was named league Most Valuable Player as the 1A Evergreen League released its all-league honors on Friday.
A hard-hitting senior, Stanfield earned the MVP award after leading the Bulldogs to a 12-3 seasons and 6-0 undefeated record in league.
Montesano senior setter Myah Gallinger also made the First Team for the Bulldogs and Monte head coach Pat Pace and his staff were named the league’s Coaching Staff of the Year.
Three Hoquiam Grizzlies were named to the First Team after a run in the district tournament that saw the Grizzlies finish fourth in the district. Senior outside hitter Sharaya Brydon and a pair of sophomores — setter Ella Folkers and middle blocker Chloe Kennedy — were named to the First Team.
Elma also had three players named First Team. Senior setter Ella Moore, senior middle blocker Sarah Bridge and senior libero Kayla Aho were all honored on the First Team list.
