Derek Joseph Brincken tragically passed away Saturday night, April, 17, 2021, at the age of 22.

Derek was born in Aberdeen, Washington Nov. 26, 1998. He was a member of the Tlingit Tribe located in Juneau, Alaska.

Derek lived and attended school on the Harbor until moving to Eastern Washington with his family in 2012.

Derek was the best brother, uncle and son anyone could have asked for. He cared deeply for his family, and was always generous with the little he had.

Surviving relatives include his sisters: Sheana, Destiny, Araceli, Hannah and Vicki; his brother Joshua, and his mother Jean. He was preceded by his father, Ed Brincken.

A celebration of life service will be held at Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 24 at 11 a.m.
