An open house celebration of life for long-time Harbor resident Douglas Craig George, who died July 26, in Seattle, will be held from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at the Hoquiam Elks Lodge.

Hoquiam resident Michael D. Troupe Sr. died Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021, at home. He was 73.

Eileen M. Bakotich of Aberdeen died Monday, Aug. 16, 2021, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 69.
She had served in the U.S. Army where she had been a dental technician
There will be a private urn committal at St. John’s Cemetery in the Wishkah Valley.

Linda J. Wilder
CENTRALIA — Linda Jane Wilder of Elma, died Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021, at Providence Centralia Hospital. She was 81.
A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, 2021, at Satsop Methodist Church. There will be a private urn committal at Elma Masonic Cemetery at a later date.

Barbara J. Stephens
Barbara Jeanette Stephens, a homemaker from Aberdeen, died Wednesday Aug. 18, 2021, at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen. She was 81.
Cremation arrangements are by Twibell’s Fern Hill Funeral Home in Aberdeen.
Orville E. Crass
A celebration of life for longtime Montesano resident Orville Ellis Crass who died July 22, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 28, at the Montesano Church of God. Private inurnment services with military honors will be held at Wynooche cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Montesano Church of God.

Michael P. McMeekin
MONTESANO — Michael Patrick McMeekin died Wednesday, Aug. 18, 2021, at his home on the West Satsop Road in Montesano. He was 70.
He served in the U.S Marines and following his time in Vietnam, he worked in the woods as a timber faller.
An outdoor memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 29 at 1294 West Satsop Road, Montesano.
